Todays class ended in svanasana just like almost every other class, however, there was an air of ease. A feeling of being completely open and honest with myself. Teaching class is like a life lesson every time I step into those shoes. It provides me an opportunity to explore my practice from a different angle. Am I supposed to come out of personal self to teach, or should i teach a practice from the place that i am in? It is always a question of mine. I end up doing both. Today it was from my personal chaotic experiences. It helps me to understand them better. I hope that my students can be in their space and gain what they need from it as well.
