Sun Salutations - Toddler Style

There is only one class left in this Toddler Series, but we will be starting a whole new series in February. We use songs to move through the poses. Some kids play along and others just enjoy the open space to run and play, but whatever the case it is a great time to spend bonding with your little one. Resolutions........

I did two amazing yoga classes recently. The first was a 108 sun salutation class on New Years Eve. We did 108 salutations in 1 hour!!! IT WAS AMAZING, very, very hard, but AMAZING! The class gave me a feeling of accomplishment and strength. I was empowered! What a great way to end my 2009!

Today was Laura's New Years Day Workshop. It was just what I needed! After so many salutations the day before, I woke up pretty sore this morning. Her class, for me, was the perfect yin practice to balance out my body, mind and practice for the new year. I left feeling centered and in control. So for that, Thank you Laura! XO
